Install error states, "The file C:\PROGRA~2\ACNielsen\Application Builder\VBAReturn.txt could not be opened".
This could mean two different things:
The file is actually missing and the setup can't find it to proceed to finish.
You need to launch the installation as Administrator because the setup file doesn't have access to the file although it's stored on the path.
